Collecting and depositing rent as well as issuing written and verbal reminders and negotiating payment agreements with delinquent tenants. 

Payment of all expenses as well as tracking and grouping expenses by category.

Creating short-term and long term operational and capital expenditure budgets.
Issuing various group or individual communications to tenants as well as receiving and treating all tenant complaints including maintenance requests or lease related questions.
Managing on-site employees and creating employee protocols as and when required. Hiring and dismissing employees as needed.
Requesting and negotiating quotes and issuing purchase orders for any service contracts, maintenance or renovations required. Overseeing and monitoring any maintenance, renovations or service contracts to ensure they are done to standard.  Arranging any annual building inspections required.
Advertising vacant spaces for lease, preparing spaces to be viewed and arranging visits for potential tenants.  Negotiating lease terms, preparing lease related documentation and ensuring the collection of all pertinent lease related documentation once a lease is signed.
